These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DutyDone and our related websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it as needed.
Acceptable Use
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Services.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
- Do not use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
Subscriptions and Payments
If the Services include paid features, you agree to pay all fees described at the time of purchase. Except where prohibited by law, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Intellectual Property
The Services and all related content, trademarks, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
